I care passionately about people's attitudes to health and keeping fit.

I believe that once you find your fit, you will continue with it and make it part of your lifestyle. Just like I did.

Exercise should be part of your life. It helps you feel better, it enables you to move more, it's great for your mental health. It also prevents injury and helps with fat loss.

Your mind and body are powerful tools when put together. By rewarding yourself in the right way and being proud of your achievements you'll find you can achieve amazing things you thought weren't possible. It’s never too late to find something you enjoy and that's how I can help.

By joining our classes or choosing me as your coach you will be part of a brilliant, fun, inclusive community that will motivate, encourage and inspire you to feel confident, enjoy exercise and get your energy levels soaring.

What we offer

Online classes

Even after Covid, online is still as popular due to the fact that:

  • There are no traveling times

  • It is easy to fit into your daily life

  • With ever-increasing bills it is a cheaper alternative

  • No childcare costs

You can still be sociable and join in with live classes or if you cannot find a schedule to fit in with your day there are hundreds of on-demand recordings to choose from.

£30 per month for unlimited access to any session at any time.

face-to-face

Face-to-face classes for everyone at every level

Bootcamp
Exercise outside with a fun, sociable group of people, working on your strength and cardio.

Pilates
Find your core and more with this class that is suitable for all levels.

Zumba
A class that will make you smile and want to come back for more, dance your way to fitness.

Our regular face-to-face classes are based in and around Langport.
