WHAT IS FIT IN 15???
Fit in 15 is a great way to get yourself into a routine and get movement and exercise into your day.
YES only 15 minute ...you can do these 15 minutes live on the private Facebook group, which you will be invited to when you join up.
If you cannot join live then you can catch up later as the recordings will always be there. If you decide you want to catch up on a couple of days recordings you can do them back to back.
If you decide you want to do a longer workout you can do more than one of the recordings.
