Pilates with NV Health and Fitness
LANGPORT TOWN HALL: Monday 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm
Pilates is a great way to strengthen the body and work on the muscles and areas that are tight or hurt. If you suffer from a bad back, bad knees, bad posture or weak core, then pilates is a great way to achieve low impact exercise. These classes are for mixed ability participants so I will give different variations to suit.
The classes are limited to 10 spaces so I am able to give personal attention to those who have particular pain. This pilates classes run over 4 Mondays each week we will focus on particular moves on the mat that you can perfect over the 4 weeks. These will help with posture, alignment, strength and stamina the moves will make you stand tall and feel confident.
Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
