I love that Tash is human and she is genuine. She encourages everyone to do their best and push themselves, but you never feel judged. Tash is very honest & open about herself and her own insecurities and her journey through life. She is always looking to improve and expand her own knowledge so that she is better equipped to advise.
This is not limited to fitness but holistic well-being. With Tash’s classes, I feel encouraged to not necessarily be better than anyone or everyone else, but just be a better me

I've been going to boot camp for over a year now and really enjoy going. I find it great for exercising as it doesn't matter what your ability is.
I love the social side and this helps me mentally, so when I found out I was pregnant I was worried that I would no longer be able to continue with my classes with Tash, but I was so wrong ..... Tash has really helped me and has been so supportive that I have still continued with all my classes, Tash has taken time with me to talk me through what is advisable to do and not to do, how to adapt certain moves in classes, which I can very much say you wouldn't get this much care and consideration elsewhere, I hope to continue for as long as I can and know I will be welcomed back as soon as I can. My baby is due in just over a week and I have only just stopped doing Pilates which Tash has adapted for me throughout my pregnancy. HELEN POULTER |
Reflecting on the past year ...... A year ago I could not do a sit up or a full press up and I personally felt sick at the first boot camp I went to as I was so unfit and only had a baby a few months previously. Exercise was always something that I occasionally endured but never enjoyed. But with encouragement and perseverance (with only a little bit of shouting from Tash !!) I can say that I now feel fit and strong and I can probably do 30 full press ups (with only a little bit of moaning!) and a whole lot of other exercises that I hadn't even heard of!! But most importantly I have great fun doing so with a great group of people!

"Tash is always positive and cheerful, and it really makes a difference to my outlook. I never feel grumpy about going to a PT session. The sessions are always varied and interesting and she really knows her stuff. When I couldn’t manage something, she would provide a variation that allowed me to build up to the full exercise.
