Pilates is a great way to strengthen the body and work on the muscles and areas that are tight or painful. If you suffer from a bad back, bad knees, bad posture or weak core, then pilates is a great low-impact exercise. 

There are two classes to choose from. If you are new to Pilates or coming back to Pilates after some time off then 6pm is ideal.  If you have been doing Pilates for a while and are confident in your poses then the 7.30 pm class is the one for you. But I do also give variations on exercises if you are unfamiliar with any or want an easier option.

The classes are booked in monthly blocks and if you already attend you will get priority booking.

We focus on particular moves on the mat that you can perfect over the four weeks.  These will help with posture, alignment, strength and stamina so you can stand tall and feel confident. 

The classes are limited to 15 spaces so I am able to give personal attention to those who have particular pain. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
