I can help you on your fitness journey. Either 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 sessions at my studio or at your home. I will give you bespoke advice that will help you achieve your personal goals, along with nutritional advice and guidance tailored to your specific aims.

Whatever you want to achieve, I can help, be it weight loss, gaining strength, toning your body, or losing fat. All clients are different so I can help you understand your macros, how to track your nutrition, and as a result, reach those goals and lead a healthy, happy lifestyle.

I often get asked, how long should a personal training program be? It’s completely up to you and you can do as many as you like, but as a guide, 10-12 weeks is the minimum needed for any real behaviour change.

A bespoke gym or home workout programme can be devised for you (at an extra cost).

The cost is £25 per session.

Face-to-Face personal training:

Pros

  • Get instant feedback and physical adjustments from me. I’m right there with you, giving you real-time guidance.

  • Feel the burn! Having me physically present can boost your motivation and keep you accountable.

Cons

  • Location matters. If you live far away it may make it more difficult.

  • Plan your schedule. Coordinating diaries and traveling can take up valuable time.

  • It costs more. Session costs and travel expenses over the long run mean you'll need to dig deeper into your pockets.

Remember, choosing between online and face-to-face coaching is all about what works best for you. Think about your preferences, accessibility, and specific fitness goals to make the right decision.
