How it works

You can pick your class and join me via Zoom from the comfort of your own home. You have the benefit of personal service and you can ask any questions you like.

​The instructor can see you, guide and support you through the class making sure you are safe and feel good.  You will feel part of the community exercising with like-minded people.

​If you have issues with anxiety or are new to fitness classes there is no need to worry as no one else can see you once the class gets started, only the instructor.

There are classes every weekday to choose from, You can join as many as these as you like for £30 a month from the comfort of your home.

Classes are recorded and uploaded into the private members’ area, so if you can't make a class you can work out at your own convenience.

WHAT YOU GET

9 hours of classes a week to suit your schedule. Mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday.


A range of classes for different fitness goals, stretch, cardio and muscles, including mixed-ability Pilates, PureStretch, Workout with Weights and spin.


Online access to the member area where you'll find the whole archive of classes if you missed any.


You'll be part of an online fitness community who supports and encourage each other.
